Displayed management rates describe the current headline options. Flexible Management is shown at 15% including VAT. Contract Management is shown at 10% plus VAT. Full Let terms are property-specific and subject to assessment and agreement.
Property examples and guest feedback are provided to illustrate managed stays. Availability, listing details and third-party platform information may change over time.
